East Brookfield records 13 deeds in past month, but pricing is disclosed only three times

East Brookfield recorded 13 deed transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $55,000 to $389,000 with a median of $150,000. Nine of the 13 recorded deeds involved a bank, credit union, or mortgage servicer as buyer or seller, and Howe Street saw three separate transfers. With price data available for less than a quarter of recorded deeds, the period's overall market tone cannot be determined from this dataset alone.
