East Brookfield deed filings show 9 property transfers in August, only one sale price disclosed
Nine property deeds were recorded in East Brookfield between July 31 and Aug. 14, but only one, the Aug. 14 sale of 355 Howe St. for $325,000 from Lashaway Holdings LLC to Paul McSweeny, included a disclosed price. The other eight transfers, spanning Allen Road, West Sturbridge Road, Blaine Avenue, Depot Square, Park Street, Lashaway Drive and Dunn Brook Road, carried no reported consideration amount. Sellers included the East Brookfield Town Treasurer on two deeds and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. on another. With pricing disclosed on only one of nine transactions, the data shows active recording volume but does not support a broader read on market pricing this period.
