The top recorded sale was 120 Blaine Ave. at $170,000, sold by Timothy H. and Amy Buzzell to Cornerstone Bank. Blaine Avenue and Dunn Brook Road each saw two transfers in the period. Six of the eight deeds, including a second sale on Blaine Avenue, do not yet show a price in registry data. With most transfers still lacking price information, the data available so far does not support a read on whether the market favored buyers or sellers this period.
